Juan Flores will be the dean of the School of Trades and Professional Services at Guam Community College starting June 30. Flores, a former Guam Department of Education superintendent, will replace outgoing Dean Reilly Ridgell. Ridgell will retire on June 28, after almost 33 years at the college.
